Oak Hill Springs Country Store uses both an
on-line shopping cart and affiliations with other on-line sites that we feel,
offer top quality goods at terrific prices. You can make your credit card
purchases on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week with full confidence that
all your payment information is secure.
In
each item's quantity box, simply enter how many of that item you wish to
purchase. Next click the "add to cart" button and you will be sent to a
"shopping list" displaying each item you've selected for purchase. (Please read
about "cookies" below.)
You
can review you shopping list at anytime by clicking on the "Go To Checkout"
button at the top of each page. If you've changed your mind about any item in
the list, you can easily remove it by clicking the "remove" button next to the
item. You will not actually purchase any of the items until you click the
"process" button at the bottom of your shopping list.
When
you are finished shopping, click the "continue" button below your "shopping
list". You will then be prompted for name, address (shipping and billing),
method of payment, shipping choices etc. Once you've completed the information
and processed it you will be sent, via email, a confirmation invoice,
immediately.
We
currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We
encrypt your personal information (such as credit card number) using SSL
technology and Secure Order Capture, so you know your info is completely
confidential and secure.
If
you would rather phone in your order, the checkout process includes that
option also. You simply fill out the shopping cart form online and when it gets
to payment options, you can choose "phone in", print up the invoice and call
our toll free number 888-208-8069.
Generally, our products are drop shipped from the various vendors we
work with, therefore shipping options will vary, but basically you will have a
choice of surface (approximately one week) or two - three day
shipment.
Presently, our shipping tables are set for continental U.S. shipments
only. Therefore, international orders will need to be phoned
(707-258-7300.), or emailed into
us so that we may determine the correct shipping charges.
